By using The Swan with Two Necks Longdon you agree to accept our terms of use. We reserve the right to change and update the terms and conditions and these changes will be posted on our website. We encourage you to visit this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. For bookings of 8 or more, a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person is required. In case of cancellation or a decrease in the number of guests, the deposit of £5 per person will be forfeited.

  2. To secure bookings exceeding 10 guests, a pre-order must be placed at least 7 days prior to your reservation.

  3. We can accommodate a number of food allergies and intolerances. We can also arrange vegetarian and pescatarian menus. Please ensure we are notified of these requirements at the time of booking.

  4. All bookings are allocated a 2 hour time slot and we respectfully ask all guests to vacate their table at the time required.

  5. All menu prices that are listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

  6. Our lunchtime menu is available between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, with the final kitchen order accepted at 5:00pm.

  7. Our main menu is available between 12:00pm - 8:00pm, with the final kitchen order accepted at 8:00pm.

  8. Our Sunday lunch menu is exclusively served on Sundays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, with the final order taken at 5:00pm.

  9. Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we would like to highlight that all the dishes we serve are produced in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that the environment will be completely allergen free.

  10. Wheelchair access and bathroom facilities are provided and available at all times.

  11. We warmly welcome families with children and babies to our restaurant, where high chairs and baby changing facilities are readily available.
